Purchase Order:

1. Customer creates a purchase order and lists the extrusion types, quantities, lengths and colors
2. Pickup, Delivery, or Freight
   • Order can be picked up at our Orlando distribution center
   • Order can be delivered within our delivery area (shipping charges may apply)
   • Order can be crated and shipped to the customer’s door (shipping charges apply)

 

Stock & Release Program:
Available for customers located throughout the peninsula of Florida.
The Stock & Release program gives the customer factory direct pricing with the flexibility of utilizing 60 days to consume the products.
Ordering Process:

1. Customer creates a PO and lists the extrusion types, quantities, lengths, and colors
2. The order is manufactured according to the customer’s PO. (4-5 Weeks)
3. The order is shipped to our storage warehouse where it is inventoried. (4-5 Weeks)
4. The customer is notified and can begin placing orders to be delivered weekly.
5. The customer can apply for 30 day terms from each delivery date (credit approval required) or pay COD upon delivery.
6. All material must be taken within the 60 day period.

**The Stock & Release program requires a minimum 35,000lb purchase commitment over a 60 day period. The 60 day period begins the day the product arrives at our storage warehouse.**

Less than Container Loads (LCL) and Full Container Loads (FCL):
LCL & FCL ordering gives our international & domestic customers factory direct pricing with delivery to their door. Eagle Metals coordinates the manufacturing, packaging, shipping, duties, customs release, and delivery to the customer’s door.
Ordering Process:

1. Customer creates a PO and lists the extrusion types, quantities, lengths, and colors.
2. The order is manufactured according to the customer’s PO. (4-5 Weeks)
3. The order is shipped to the customer’s designated address (Transit times varies by final destination)

**Typical terms are 30% deposit and balance at Bill of Lading.**

Custom Products:
-- Extrusion Customers: Please provide one of the following – Die Prints, DWG Drawings, or Samples along with the Alloy, Temper, and Finish required
-- Coil/Sheet/Plate/Foil Customers: Please provide Alloy, Temper, Thickness, Width, Length (if applicable), and Finish required.
-- Disc/Circle Customers: Please provide the Alloy, Diameter, Length, and any other specification needed.
-- Billet Customers: Please provide the Alloy, Diameter, Length, and any other specifications needed.
-- CNC Customers: Please provide Drawings in DWG, Solid Works, or the equivalent.
